The Regional IT Manager Europe will ensure the streamlined operation of regional IT
resources in line with the organisation & objectives.
He/she will coordinate the IT activities of the region, provide administrative guidance and
support the day-to-day operational activities of the IT department.
He/she will work closely with the Group IT department and decision
makers in other departments in Europe to identify, recommend, develop and implement cost
effective technology solutions.

Missions proposées

– Responsibility for the European IT infrastructure, its maintenance and evolution
– Responsibility for the internal and external resources of the infrastructure and End User
Computing domain for Europe, management of the outsourced level 1 support
– Responsibility of the telephony systems for headquarter offices and properties
– Compare, analyse and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT
infrastructure and IT systems.
– Manage the local deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade and support of all IT
systems including servers, PCs, networking equipment, operating systems, hardware,
software and peripherals.
– Oversee the provision of IT support services to local end users.
– Technology watch, working with stakeholders to define operational and system
requirements for the implementation of new technologies, in conjunction with the Group
IT Department in Singapore.
– Management of hardware, software and equipment.

Profil du candidat et compétences requises

– Significant experience in managing an IT department
– Master of Science / Computer Science or equivalent.
– Experience in the following areas: IT help desk management, application and interface
support, network, infrastructure and desktop support, IT project management.
– Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Proven ability to manage a team and lead subcontractors
– Demonstrated ability to proactively present and communicate ideas, suggestions and
problems to ensure continuous improvement.
– Very good interpersonal and relationship skills.
– Experience with (but not limited to) LAN/WAN, VoIP, and systems infrastructure
(Windows Server, Vmware, Simplivity), firewalls, Microsoft Office, Service Now, Office365,
Active Directory
– Languages: Fluent in French and English. German is also an asset.

 

Niveau de rémunération :

 

70k€ en fixe + 15% de bonus + 7k€ de primes
